Shannon Lee Doyle

Does anyone know what happened to Shannon Lee Doyle?  Was she ever convicted/sentenced?  I tried to google her a couple of time but couldn't find any new information.

Court date set
It looks like they just set trial for Feb 2010. Cases typically take awhile to make it to court.
