Police assisted—and then arrested—a burglar last night after the man managed to get stuck in a window while allegedly trying to break into the Northwest African American museum in the 2300 block of S. Massachusetts street.
According to police, a woman working in the building heard someone break a window and called 911. Officers arrived and found a man stuck in a window on the north side of the building. He was apparently unable to crawl into the building or get back out.
Officers helped the man out of the window and then took him to the King County Jail where he was booked for burglary.
