SPD has released info on a few different incidents from the last three days:
At 9:30 a.m. Tuesday morning, police arrested a 20-year-old man in the Central District after he allegedly pointed a gun at his stepfather. Police say the man threatened his stepdad, and the left with a friend. Police found both men in the 2200 block of South Jackson, but neither was carrying a weapon. K9 units searched the area and found a loaded .357 in some nearby bushes. Police booked the stepson into King County Jail for harassment and possession of a stolen firearm. His friend was also booked on a warrant.
Wednesday night, at about 8:30 p.m., police say a man wearing a black ski mask, a black sweatshirt, and jeans robbed a business in the December 9th at 8:30 pm, a lone male suspect robbed a business in the 700 Block of NW Market Street. No arrests were made.
Last night, an off-duty officer was injured while driving to work at the East Precinct after he was apparently struck by another driver at the intersection of East Pine and Boylston Avenue. Police arrested a 21-year-old man for DUI.
