Pierce County prosecutors have now filed charges against the man who allegedly helped Maurice Clemmons flee from a Lakewood coffee shop, moments after Clemmons fatally shot four Lakewood police officers.
Prosecutors have filed four counts of aggravated 1st degree murder charges against the man suspected of driving Maurice Clemmons after he shot and killed four Lakewood police officers last November.
Darcus Allen faces charges of rendering criminal assistance.
Investigators say Allen drove Clemmons to a car wash across the street from the Parkland coffee shop where the officers were ambushed on Nov. 29. They also say Clemmons returned with a gunshot wound.
