King County prosecutors have filed charges against two brothers who repeatedly targeted three Seattle-area hardware stores.

According to charging documents, the men, identified as Ilya and Vadim Denisuik, hit each store three times during the month before their arrests on March 17. Court documents suggest the Snohomish men may have also been involved in similar thefts in Snohomish County.
King County prosecutors say the thefts were nearly identical in design.
Loss-prevention officers told detectives a thieves struck a Shoreline Home Depot three times in five days in mid February. In each instance, one thief grabbed power drills before running to a waiting car outside a fire exit.
