It looks like West Seattle’s BB-gun snipers are back again.
On March 24th, two West Seattle residents called police to report they’d been injured by BB gun fire while walking down the street.
One woman told police she was walking through her neighborhood when someone in the Range Rover opened fire on her with a BB gun, hitting her in the leg.
A man who was also targeted by the BB gunner did not provide police with did not give police a detailed account of the incident, but gave officers with a description of the vehicle using in the drive-by: “a late 1990’s Range Rover with chrome wheels occupied by two males and a golden colored dog.”
It appears both incidents occurred SW Othello St, between Fauntleroy and 44th Ave SW.
In October, we reported on several other BB gun drive-bys in West Seattle. Several victims reported that the shots were fired from a dark-colored Honda or Toyota sedan.
