The Morning Blotter: Teen Girl Chased Down, Robbed At Knifepoint On Beacon Hill

Two boys chased down a teenage girl and robbed her at knifepoint on Beacon Hill last week, a police report says.

According to the report, the two teens followed the 15-year-old victim onto a bus at the Red Apple Market at Beacon Ave S and S McClellan St at about 8:15pm on April 1st.

When the girl got off the bus at Beacon Ave S and S Dawson St, the two boys—described in the report as a white male and an Asian male; one 17, the other 19—followed her.

As the girl walked down Beacon Ave, the report says she “could hear that the two males were following her close behind,” and tried to run. But the teens chased her down.

According to the report, the Asian male pulled out a six-inch folding knife and told the girl “Give me all of your stuff, or I will stab you!!” The teens then took the girl’s iPod, cellphone, keys, and purse.

The girl screamed for help and the two boys fled south on Beacon Ave.

The report indicates police plan to check the bus security camera to attempt to identify the suspects.
