Basically, Wallyhood thinks that some magical, easily measurable, universal community standard of aesthetics exists, and they can tell good art from bad art. (Yes, tagging can have artistic value).

We’ll let you know when Wallyhood announces the date for their neighborhood-wide meeting to define “art.”
