From the SPD Blotter:

On June 30th shortly after 2:00 PM, two foot beat officers were in the 300 Block of Pine Street when they encountered a man for violating King County Metro’s “Rules of Conduct” in a bus shelter.  This contact led to the recovery of a concealed .22 caliber semi-automatic handgun wrapped in a stocking.  The man did not have a concealed weapons permit.  He also was in possession of drugs.  The 21 year old man was arrested and booked into the King County Jail for Investigation of VUCSA (drugs) with a request for charges on the weapons charge.
