Man and Woman Carjacked At Gunpoint In Brighton Neighborhood

An armed robber took at least $400 in cash and a car from a man and a woman, who were held-up as they were sitting their vehicle on a side-street in South Seattle last week.

Police were called to 43rd Ave S and S Frontenac shortly before 2:00am on August 6th, where one of the victims in the robbery told police he was parked in a cul de sac on Frontenac, between Willow and Myrtle, when a white male in his 20s walked up to the vehicle, pulled out a silver handgun, and forced the victim out of his car.

The robber also stole a purse belonging to a woman in the car, which reportedly contained at least $400 in cash.
