Student Robbed At Gunpoint Near Beacon Hill School

Just a reminder folks: always be aware of your surroundings when walking around with your iPod.

That’s a lesson a student learned the hard way after he was iJacked at gunpoint on Beacon Hill last week.

According to a police report, officers responded to school on Beacon Hill—the report appears to indicate it was Asa Mercer Middle School—around noon on November 18th,

The boy told police he gotten off the #36 bus near the school and was walking through an alley listening to his iPod when he felt someone press “a small, cold…object he recognized to be a gun” into his ear.

The report says began swearing and the boy, and told him “I’ll shoot you if you don’t give over the stuff.”

The student handed over his iPod and ran to the school’s office to report the incident to staff members.

Police looked for the suspect but, as is often the case, weren’t able to find him.
