Last week, we told you about a violent robbery on the Chief Sealth Trail on Beacon Hill. Unfortunately, we’ve got more bad news for trail-walkers.
Seattle police are investigating yet another attack on a woman, who was mugged on the trail around 4:40pm on March 4th, according to a report.
The woman told officers she was walking on the path when she heard foot steps behind her.
When the woman turned around, a man punched her in the side of her head, grabbed her purse, and ran off.
The woman didn’t get a good look at her assailant, but still told police she’d be able to identify her assailant if officers caught him.
But they didn’t.
We’ll check to see if there have been any other attacks in the area we’ve missed, and will post details if we find any.
