King County prosecutors have filed charges against two men accused in a Seattle medical marijuana robbery.
Prosecutors contend Justin J. Pasztor, 21, and Ryan Lueck, 18, set up a marijuana sale by e-mail then robbed the seller at gunpoint on a University District street.
According to charging documents, the victim told police he provides pot to customers with medical marijuana cards. He said he met Pasztor — identified by a pseudonym at the time — online through a site that matches providers with patients.
At 8 p.m. on Feb. 4, the seller met two men since identified as Pasztor and Lueck near the intersection of Seventh Avenue Northeast and Northeast 53rd Street, planning to make a sale. Instead, he told police, one of the men drew a pistol and forced him onto the ground; his assailants took an unspecified amount of marijuana, his wallet and his cell phone.
