Woman Attacked In Fremont

On 4/1/11 at approximately 10:45 p.m., a female victim called 911 to report that she had been assaulted while walking on N. 42nd and Fremont Av N.  She told responding officers that an unknown male approached her from behind and grabbed her.  She screamed and he ran off to the South.  Several patrol units responded and made an extensive area check. The suspect was not located.

The victim described the suspect as a white male, 50′s, wearing a white baseball cap and green jacket.

Police Arrest Man With Gun Outside South Seattle Club

On 4-3-11 at approximately 2:30 a.m., security at a night club in the 2900 block of 1st Av S called 911 reporting a man with a gun.  Security stated that they got into a disturbance with a man who then left and went to his car. When he returned, they could see a bulge under his shirt.

Officers responded and located the man in front of the club. They recovered a Glock 19 (9mm) from his person with an extended 32 round clip. In addition, he had another clip on his person and a bag of marijuana. The 34-year-old suspect was arrested and transported to the South Precinct. He was subsequently booked into King County Jail for weapons violations.
