Just after midnight on June 13th, West Precinct officers responded to the 2400 Block of 2nd Avenue on a report of two large broken windows at a restaurant. The employees who called 911 initially thought they heard shots fired in the area of 2nd and Wall, but it was determined it was most likely the sound of the breaking glass. Officers did find broken bottles outside the broken windows. There is no suspect information at this time. Anyone with any information on this crime is asked to contact the Seattle Police.
This is the sixth incidence of this type of vandalism in Belltown (and the second at the Branzino’s restaurant) in the last week or so. We’re hearing that police may have a suspect, or at least a person of interest, in the case.
More as we get it.
