Someone asked me today if it’s too early to give up on this season. I say wait two weeks. We play the Rams. If we can’t beat them, it’s probably safe to assume we can’t beat the Redskins, Eagles, Bears, or 49ers. The Cardinals might be good for another win, but my 4-12 prediction is starting to look very, very realistic.
If Sunday’s Seahawks’ game had only been two quarters long, the Hawks would’ve looked respectable.
The game was tied up (6-6!) just before halftime, and then Cowboys receivers started running around uncovered and Demarco Murray ran for a billion yards.
The final 23-13 score looked close on paper, but if not for a Marshawn Lynch touchdown run in the last six minutes, it would’ve been a 23-6 game.
I think it’s safe to predict another loss for next week when the Ravens come to town. I can’t wait to see Ray Lewis knife his way into the backfield all day long.
